Control Panels You Can Trust

Every panel is designed, built, and tested in our own shop — on open, off-the-shelf hardware that any qualified technician can service, and that you can buy replacement parts for anywhere.

Built on open, standard I/O

The I/O in our panels is standard, off-the-shelf Modbus TCP hardware on ordinary Ethernet — not a vendor-locked platform. No special communication cards, and no special software licenses needed to keep your plant running.

  • Industry-standard Modbus TCP protocol, supported by virtually every control platform
  • Off-the-shelf components available from multiple distributors
  • Standard Ethernet networking — no special communication wiring
  • Replacement parts on the shelf, not on a months-long factory backorder
  • Built around open standards, not a single vendor’s product line
  • Easy to expand as your plant grows

What goes into every panel

Weidmüller I/O

Analog and digital I/O is handled by Weidmüller modular I/O — compact, rugged, DIN-rail mounted hardware from one of the most respected names in industrial connectivity, communicating over standard Modbus TCP.

Relay-isolated I/O

Every digital output drives its own slim relay, and every digital input comes in through a Weidmüller universal-voltage relay that accepts anything from low-voltage DC up to line-voltage AC. Field devices can use whatever voltage they need, while every digital point on the I/O hardware stays at 24 VDC. A failed point is a quick, inexpensive relay swap.

Manual switches

Manual switches are provided for control outputs wherever they’re needed, so your field devices can be run by hand if a sensor, network, or computer is ever down. Your plant keeps running while the problem gets fixed.

Every wire labeled

Every wire is labeled at both ends with professionally printed labels, and labels are supplied for the field wiring that lands in the panel at installation. Switches carry durable printed labels so you always know what you’re about to turn on or off.

Color-coded by function

Wiring follows a consistent color scheme by signal type, so digital and analog inputs and outputs can be told apart at a glance. That makes troubleshooting faster and safer.

Made-in-USA enclosures

Our panels are built in all-steel enclosures made in the USA by Saginaw Control & Engineering. We typically use NEMA 1 enclosures, and can supply any other NEMA rating your application calls for.

Built the right way, by our own people

Engineered and documented

Every panel starts with detailed electrical drawings showing the physical layout and every connection. Those same drawings can be pulled up right from your control system screens, so the documentation is always where you need it.

Clean, serviceable construction

Field wires land on quality DIN-rail terminals, with fused terminals where a circuit calls for them. Main power enters through a circuit breaker, and the I/O, sensors, and solenoids are powered by modern, efficient DIN-rail DC power supplies. Because every digital point on the I/O hardware runs at 24 VDC, working inside the I/O section is simpler and safer for your maintenance staff.

Tested before it ships

All panels are mechanically and electrically checked in our shop before they’re carefully packed and shipped. When a panel arrives at your plant, it’s ready to be mounted, wired, and commissioned.

Panels built to last — and to be worked on.
